Please take a moment to read them and fully understand our Terms and Conditions of sale.

Our Products

We try our very best to ensure photographs, information and dimensions are accurate and correct, but we cannot guarantee that colours and surface texture accurately display on your computer. On occasion, manufacturers may make small improvements to the design and construction of a product, without prior notification, generally sizes, colour and compatibility remain the same   

We advise customers to seek technical advice from qualified sources prior to ordering products and carrying out any Job. We may be able to help with general advice and more information if required

Check Out and Ordering

Our check out page allows you to check your order and amend before you complete the checkout process.

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation of the order by email, Orders, generally, are delivered without any issue but on occasion this cannot be completed (due to situations such as product discontinuation or the product being out of stock) and we will in this case we will advise of alternative and reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, Also you would be able to amend or reject any part of the order or indeed cancel the order in its entirety which would trigger an Automatic Refund

 

How long will delivery take?

We endeavour to deliver normal orders within 3 -5 working days, but special Order items listed may take 3 to 6 week to deliver.

Occasionally order confirmations go to spam or can get stuck on servers. if you haven’t received confirmation from us within 4 days please contact us.

We advise all customers not to engage a tradesman or engage in any type of preparatory work until all your items have been received and are correct and not damaged

With large pallet deliveries and some baths we always contact you to make sure access is good and dates are convenient to you…courier company have the right to amend the delivery arrangement (but this happens rarely) should you miss your delivery slot the Carrier may charge a small redelivery to cover unforeseen costs

Collections

Collections are welcome from our St Helens warehouse (Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm) or from our South Manchester office (by arrangement)

Orders must still be paid and the collection button selected

Guarantee and warranties

Most products are covered with a 12 months warranty however some manufactures extend warranties and offer lifetime warranties.

All warranty claims require, either the return of the faulty item or where return is impractical to remove and return, a site visit may be necessary by us or our suppliers.

All Guarantees will be honoured if the product is handled and installed in accordance with any product installation instructions, either by competent person or by a professional installer.

Guarantees take effect from the date of purchase..

The guarantee does not cover damage during fitting, accidental or malicious damage, improper use or negligence, discolouration due to prolonged exposure to sun or UV light, or damaged caused to surface by exposure to proprietary cleaning solutions.

We also exclude product failure due to excessive wear and tear.

Consumables such as batteries and removable light sources are not included under warranty.

Care should be taken to regularly maintain and clean hinges, seals, toilet seats, shower hoses, cistern fittings and cartridges.

Furniture and fitments with painted and vinyl surfaces should not be subject to prolonged exposure to liquids and or cleaning solutions other the ones outlined by supplier instructions

We do not accept liability to remove and refit failed units and do not accept liability for consequential damage caused by a product failing.

The warranty excludes failure in products and components arising from:

  1. Excessive wear and tear
  2. Non domestic use
  3. wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;
  4. failure to operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions;
  5. any alteration, modification or unauthorised repair
